Whether you need dry boxes or custom boxes for anything you must keep dry, RecreTec has them — or we can make one! With a wide variety of standard boxes in stock, we're sure to have a water-tight, durable aluminum box just right for your raft. Featuring spring-loaded latches, foam lined overlapping channel lids with full piano hinges, our boxes offer security and maintenance-free peace of mind.
We use thick (.080-inch) 5052 marine aluminum with straight bottom bends and smooth heli-arc welded outside corners for raft protection and durability. Although standard with handles and mounts for our frames, we can design a mount for virtually any manufacturer's frame.
Optional top and bottom foam pads cushion your bottom as well as the rafts!

Aluminum Dry boxes are available in 12 standard sizes. Kitchen boxes (dry boxes with corner leg sockets and retaining cable to keep the lid flat when open on its side) let you keep all of your cooking equipment in one place, inside a watertight box that doubles as a preparation table in camp. Foam pads are recommended when doubling as raft seats.
The kitchen boxes come with steel legs and are available in high or low-mount models for use with our Outfitter raft frame.
